Necrotizing Fasciitis of the Thigh Extended at Abdominal Wall
(Z.C., f., 45 ani / years old)
Clinical Manifestations: histolytic suppuration developed at left thigh`root, with tegumental and fascial necrosis, extended in inguinal region and left inguinal fossa. Diabetes patient.
Clinic: supurație histolitică dezvoltată la rădăcina coapsei stângi, cu necroză tegumentară și fascială, extinsă în regiunea inghinală și fosa inghinală stângă. Bolnavă diabetică.
Intraoperative Aspect: digital explore of a vast zone of tegumental taking off.
Aspect intraoperator: explorare digitală a unei vaste zone de decolare tegumentară.
Intraoperative Aspect: large excision of necrotising teguments and gangrenosing fasciitis (fasciectomy).
Aspect intraoperator:  excizie largă a tegumentelor necrozate și a fasciei gangrenate (fasciectomie).
 
 Postoperative Evolution: the patient was send to plastic surgery for tegumentary graft.
Evoluție postoperatorie: bolnava a fost adresat la chirurgie plastică pentru grefare tegumentară.
